Project Background
The role supports the national project “Gestión ambientalmente racional de PCB, mercurio y otros productos químicos tóxicos en Perú”, led by Peru’s Ministry of Environment (MINAM) with technical assistance from UNDP and financing from the Global Environment Facility (GEF).

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management Support
- Assist the National Project Coordinator in daily project management and supervision
- Support inter-institutional coordination and stakeholder collaboration

2. Financial Administration and Control
- Maintain accurate records of project funds and expenditures
- Prepare financial progress reports

Eligibility and Qualifications
Education
- Required: Completed secondary education
- Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields

Experience
- 6 years of relevant experience with secondary education, or
- 3 years of relevant experience with a university degree
