The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of project implementation — including planning, risk management, budgeting, and coordination — to ensure timely delivery of results and compliance with U.S. Government (USG) and FHI 360 policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Develop, implement, and monitor the project work plan and associated deliverables.
- Coordinate team input and ensure timely submission of reports to funders and stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using recognized project management tools.
- Ensure alignment between project activities, budgets, and donor-approved scopes of work.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment across multidisciplinary teams.

2. Risk Management

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent) in Public Health, Civil Society, Communication, Economic Development, Education, Environment, Gender, Research, or related field.
- Project Management Certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in project management or global health programs.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing staff or teams.
- Prior experience working with U.S. Government-funded projects (USAID, CDC, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage complex contract and acquisition mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of USG rules and compliance regulations.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
