This paid internship offers students and recent graduates an opportunity to contribute to project management, communications, and knowledge management within World Vision’s Field Strategy & DMEAL team.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management Support: Track tasks, monitor timelines, prepare status updates, and identify risks or bottlenecks across multiple projects.
- Communications & Design: Create engaging internal content (newsletters, updates, presentations) and design visual products using Canva or similar tools.
- Website Revamp: Assist in updating the Field Strategy & DMEAL internal site for better accessibility and organization.
- Document Management: Organize and archive country DMEAL resources in standardized filing systems.
- Knowledge Products: Format and edit guidance, toolkits, and reference guides to support global learning.
- General Team Support: Take notes, provide administrative assistance, and contribute ideas to strengthen knowledge-sharing.
