The Program Administrative Assistant (PAA) provides comprehensive administrative support to Program Department colleagues, including managing directors, program officers, and program associates.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support multiple program teams by:
Administrative Support
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Processing expense reports and reimbursements
- Preparing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
- Maintaining contact databases and records
- Drafting professional correspondence
Meeting and Event Coordination

- Managing participant registrations and RSVPs
- Taking meeting minutes and distributing notes

Financial Administration
