Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support:

Planning and coordinating programme activities.
Organizing training, meetings and workshops.
Monitoring project objectives, deliverables and deadlines.
Collecting information for project reports.

Supporting monitoring visits and documenting findings.
Preparing reports and meeting minutes.
Coordinating travel and procurement administration.
Communicating with partners and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in public health, business administration, project management or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting project or programme implementation.
Experience in an NGO or international development environment is preferred.
Fluency in Tajik and English.
Russian language skills are an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel within Tajikistan approximately 10–15% of the time.

The position is open to Tajik nationals or individuals with legal authority to work in Tajikistan.
