About the Save the Children Program Manager Role
The Save the Children Program Manager will oversee the coordination and implementation of projects within the operational area, ensuring that activities meet project designs, organizational standards and donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Experience working through partnership approaches is desirable.
The successful candidate should also demonstrate strong strategic planning, analytical, communication, negotiation and coaching skills. Experience working with local partners and district-level government structures will be an advantage.
The position requires someone who can work effectively in challenging environments and who is willing to travel to hard-to-reach areas. Candidates should also be prepared to work additional hours during humanitarian emergencies.
