About the Position

Oxfam International is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide operational leadership for its Inequality, Economic & Climate Justice Advocacy & Campaigns Team.

Reporting to the Head of Campaign, the successful candidate will oversee the team’s daily operations, strengthen workflow management systems, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure efficient implementation of campaign priorities.

A key responsibility will be supporting Oxfam’s flagship annual global advocacy campaign surrounding the World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting, one of the organization’s most visible international campaign moments.

Key Responsibilities
