Key Responsibilities
Data Collection staff will support the Protection Programme across the following areas:
1. Project Monitoring and Data Tracking (25%)
- Manage project workflows with the Protection Team Leader
- Coordinate with HQ to ensure databases meet operational needs
2. Data Analysis and Reporting (25%)
- Compile and analyze data for monthly and emergency reports
- Support the Strategic Plan indicators
- Assist with best practices and lessons-learned documentation
3. User Engagement & Business Process Improvement (15%)
- Work with end users to enhance data transparency
- Contribute to improved profiling by combining multiple data streams
4. Protection Reporting (15%)
- Draft reports on violations in UNRWA installations
- Support protection monitoring and humanitarian principles tracking
5. Trend Monitoring and Ad-Hoc Analysis (10%)
- Respond to internal and external data inquiries
6. Report Design & System Support (5%)
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of complex data reports
7. Additional Assigned Duties (5%)
