About the Internship

Key Responsibilities

Communications

  • Create and update graphics, videos, and presentations
  • Maintain the Talent Development Hub via SharePoint and related platforms
  • Support recording, editing and publishing podcasts
  • Assist with webinar coordination using Zoom and MS Teams

Programme Management & Delivery

  • Support enrolment, reporting, tracking and learner queries
  • Assist with learning needs assessments
  • Curate learning content across e-learning platforms

Learning Design

  • Develop e-learning modules using adult learning and visual design principles
  • Edit audio, video and interactive materials
  • Conduct research on learning technologies, including AI, VR and AR

Learning Technology

  • Support monitoring and evaluation of learning programmes
  • Develop Power BI dashboards
  • Automate processes using Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Support external learning platforms

Eligibility

To qualify, applicants must meet one of the following:

  • Be enrolled in a graduate programme
  • Be in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have graduated within the past year

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, especially MS Office, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate
  • Organizational and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment

Desired Skills
