Key Responsibilities
- Respond to supporter queries across telephone, email, and post using high standards of customer service.
- Maintain accurate supporter records in compliance with data protection, child protection, and safeguarding regulations.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining supporter trust and engagement.
- Conduct outbound calls to encourage ongoing sponsorship and meet retention targets.
- Manage updates to child sponsorships sensitively and appropriately.
