1. Administrative Support

Organize logistics for internal and external meetings
Prepare supporting documents and briefing materials
Draft official letters and professional communications
Support high-profile visits by government officials, including badges, transportation, and accommodation
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

2. Government Engagement

Conduct role mapping for Chinese government stakeholders
Assist in liaising with government officials during Forum events and workshops
Draft reports, communications, and briefing materials for both internal and external audiences
Monitor government priorities to support strategic planning

3. Research and Policy Analysis

Conduct policy research on central and local government initiatives
Translate documents between English and Chinese
Support staff in preparing research reports and analyses for informed decision-making

4. Event and Workshop Support

Provide logistics and coordination for the Annual Meeting 2026 and regional workshops
