1. Administrative Support
- Organize logistics for internal and external meetings
- Prepare supporting documents and briefing materials
- Draft official letters and professional communications
- Support high-profile visits by government officials, including badges, transportation, and accommodation
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
2. Government Engagement
- Conduct role mapping for Chinese government stakeholders
- Assist in liaising with government officials during Forum events and workshops
- Draft reports, communications, and briefing materials for both internal and external audiences
- Monitor government priorities to support strategic planning
3. Research and Policy Analysis
- Conduct policy research on central and local government initiatives
- Translate documents between English and Chinese
