Background & Job Description

The Fundraising Data Analyst will support the management and optimisation of Face-to-Face, Telemarketing and Digital fundraising channels.

The role focuses on using data to monitor fundraising performance, donor acquisition, retention and attrition while supporting budgets, reporting, CRM administration and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

Monitor and improve fundraising channel performance.
Analyse donor acquisition, retention, attrition and lifetime value.
Create and maintain fundraising dashboards and reports.
Monitor fundraising income across channels.
Support fundraising budget planning and performance monitoring.
Prepare audience selections and data extracts for campaigns.
Manage and administer the Engage CRM system.
Support GDPR and local data compliance requirements.
Coordinate with external agencies and fundraising partners.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns.
Support design work for merchandise, visuals and print materials.
Collaborate with communications, marketing, programmes and fundraising teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fundraising or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, fundraising or data analytics.
Experience with fundraising campaigns, donor acquisition and data analysis.
Experience managing agencies or external partners.
Experience or an interest in dashboarding and/or programming.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Good knowledge of CRM, dashboarding and reporting tools.
Basic knowledge of GDPR and Dutch regulations.
Visual and design skills.

Salary and Benefits
