Key Responsibilities
The Tax M&A Advisor will be responsible for a range of tax and transaction advisory activities, including:
- Conducting tax due diligence across areas such as Corporate Income Tax, VAT, employment taxes, withholding tax, customs and excise duties.

- Reviewing and advising on tax optimization strategies.

Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA are highly desirable. A professional qualification in taxation is an additional advantage.
Professional Experience
Applicants should have a minimum of four years of tax experience gained in an accounting firm, corporation and/or law firm.
Candidates should also demonstrate:
