About the Green Climate Fund Business Development Unit

The Green Climate Fund (GCF) Liaison Office within GIZ’s Client and Business Development Department is responsible for:

Managing GIZ’s relationship with the Green Climate Fund
Developing project proposals submitted to the Green Climate Fund
Supporting implementation of GCF-funded projects
Coordinating with GIZ teams in Germany and internationally
Monitoring developments in climate finance and providing strategic recommendations
