Background & Job Description

The Associate Policy Analyst will support empirical research, policy analysis and comparative research on migration issues.

The position provides opportunities to contribute to research projects, policy publications, high-level meetings, fundraising activities and other work across the project lifecycle.

Tasks

Responsibilities include:

Conducting in-depth policy analysis and research.
Helping develop research methodologies.
Drafting analytical reports, policy briefs and background materials.
Contributing to MPI publications and short-form research.
Supporting grant proposals and reporting.
Researching potential funding opportunities.
Organizing roundtables and private meetings.
Preparing agendas and concept notes.
Liaising with participants and briefing speakers.
