Palladium is recruiting an Evidence and Knowledge Management Specialist in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to support evidence generation, knowledge management, learning and project performance within a global health programme.

The position is part of the GHSD America First Palladium Sole Source Award, which supports country-led efforts to strengthen health systems, advance global health security and sustain essential health services.

The successful candidate will report to the MEL and Evidence Lead and manage the project’s pipeline of evidence and learning products across technical areas.

Key Responsibilities

The Evidence and Knowledge Management Specialist will:

Develop an evidence product pipeline and calendar.
Support the generation and dissemination of evidence products.
Ensure donor branding and marking requirements are followed.
Maintain and organize the project’s evidence management platform.
Coordinate documentation supporting result verification.
Facilitate and document quarterly learning reviews.
Support knowledge sharing with government and project partners.
Contribute to project performance, accountability and adaptive management.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Monitoring and Evaluation, Knowledge Management, Statistics, Demography, Social Sciences, Health Informatics, Communications or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, knowledge management, research, documentation or related areas.
Experience supporting health or development programmes in Ethiopia is preferred.
Experience with multilateral organizations such as the World Bank, Global Fund or UN agencies is an advantage.
