Important Note on the Job Title
The headline provided — “CARE Country Director Atlantic Cluster intl Programs And Operations” — does not fully match the vacancy text supplied. The actual advertisement describes the position as Head of Programs, CARE Zimbabwe, with the additional responsibility of serving as Country Director during delegated periods. I have therefore based the article above on the detailed vacancy description rather than assuming that the headline represents a separate Country Director position.
