Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

Have completed at least three years of full-time university study before the internship begins (bachelor’s level or equivalent).
Be fluent in at least one of the working languages of the duty station.
Hold a valid passport from a WHO Member State.

Not have previously participated in the WHO Internship Programme.

Internship Duration

WHO internships normally last:

Minimum: 6 weeks
Maximum: 24 weeks

Interns are expected to work full-time during the internship period.
