Key Responsibilities for Greenpeace International Help Desk Coordinator

As the Facilities Help Desk Coordinator, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for staff, guests, suppliers, and supporters — in person, by phone, or via email.
  • Coordinate incoming requests across departments, ensuring timely responses and smooth communication.
  • Handle calls and correspondence professionally, including mail, courier services, and faxes.
  • Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and user account maintenance in travel systems.
  • Oversee access control, issue visitor passes, and maintain front office security procedures.
  • Assist in emergencies as a trained first aid responder and safety contact.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Proven relevant work experience in a front office, facilities, or administrative coordination role within an international organization.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite) and ticketing/facility management systems.
  • Familiarity with travel booking software and user databases.
  • Knowledge of EHBO (First Aid & Fire Safety) or willingness to obtain certification.
