The Research Assistant will work with the Research Lead and contribute to:

Preparing evidence summaries and maintaining research libraries.
Supporting stakeholder meetings and maintaining records.
Contributing to proposals and research writing.
Supporting quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Assisting with research publications, reports and evidence briefs.
Preparing presentations and dissemination materials.
Fact-checking sources, citations and research outputs.
Conducting quality assurance to ensure research materials are accurate.

Qualifications and Skills

YLabs is looking for candidates with:

Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for research.
Strong evidence-sourcing and fact-checking skills.
An interest in climate resilience and sexual and reproductive health and rights.
