About the Role

The position is part of the foundation’s Postsecondary Courseware and Navigation team.

The Senior Program Officer will advance a strategy focused on developing AI-native advising solutions that support students moving from high school to postsecondary education and eventually into the workforce.

The role combines AI product development, platform architecture, education advising, investment management and distribution strategy.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

Design and manage grants and contracts supporting AI-native advising solutions.
Lead investments involving technical platforms and shared navigation components.
Develop distribution strategies for advising solutions.
Engage enterprise technology providers and education technology companies.
Support the long-term sustainability and growth of product partners.
Monitor emerging AI capabilities and support experimentation.
Apply user-centered design approaches to understand different stakeholder needs.
Identify gaps in advising products and services.
Build relationships with partners and program strategy teams.
Represent the foundation with relevant external organizations and committees.

Qualifications and Experience
