Key Responsibilities

The ICT Coordinator will be responsible for:

Advising management on ICT solutions supporting operational priorities.
Implementing and maintaining information systems.
Ensuring compliance with ICT policies, procedures and standards.
Managing contracts and service agreements with local providers.
Overseeing communications infrastructure and ICT equipment.
Supporting ICT security and organizational security requirements.
Testing hardware, software, networks and related systems.
Leading ICT support teams and ensuring effective technical services.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have:

A degree in telecommunications, electronics, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
ICT management certification such as ITIL or equivalent.
Microsoft Certification at MCSA level.
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT service operations management.
At least 2 years of confirmed people-management experience.
Knowledge of wireless technologies, which is mandatory.
Project management certification such as PRINCE2 is an advantage.
Cybersecurity experience is also an advantage.

Language Requirements

Professional proficiency at C1 level in English and French is mandatory.

Knowledge of Arabic, Spanish or Russian is considered an additional advantage.
