Education and Certification

Political Science, International Development, Development Economics, International Relations, Law, Marketing or Communications

or a first university degree combined with additional relevant professional experience and/or specialised training.

Experience

Candidates need at least:

3 years of relevant professional experience with an advanced degree, or

5 years of relevant professional experience with a first university degree.

Relevant experience can include partnership development, private-sector engagement, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement, communications, development cooperation, external relations, fundraising and strategic partnerships.

Experience with private companies, foundations, development partners, governments or international organisations is particularly relevant. Knowledge of the Philippine private-sector and CSR landscape is desirable.

Communication Skills and Language

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

The position also calls for strong writing, verbal communication, presentation and drafting skills.
