About the Role

As an Associate Program Officer, you will support the Digitally Enabled Teaching and Learning Team, helping expand innovative educational solutions that improve college student success while reducing achievement gaps.

You will collaborate closely with the Deputy Director and investment officers, supporting research projects, grants, partnerships, and strategic initiatives that strengthen digital learning across higher education.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will:

  • Support research grants and education investments
  • Conduct literature reviews and summarize research findings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and investment recommendations
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and conferences
  • Track project budgets and grant implementation
  • Build relationships with universities, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify ways to improve workflows using AI and productivity tools
  • Support faculty and students through innovative digital learning initiatives
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • Background in education, STEM, public policy, or a related field
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience organizing workshops, meetings, or conferences
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI and digital productivity tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary

Depending on location and experience, the annual salary ranges from:

  • $118,200–$177,200 USD (standard locations)
  • $130,000–$195,000 USD (Seattle & Washington, D.C.)
