Key Responsibilities
Programme & Project Support
- Support preparation, implementation, and monitoring of Annual Work Plans (AWPs)
- Process routine programme transactions in SAP/VISION
- Compile inputs for programme reports, dashboards, and indicators
- Coordinate follow-ups with programme and operations colleagues
Administrative & Financial Support
- Support contracts for consultants, vendors, and partners
- Maintain calendars, meeting minutes, correspondence, and records
- Track staff leave, absences, and team activities
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and payment requests
- Support asset verification and procurement processes
Operations, Logistics & Travel
- Provide travel and logistics support for programme staff

Events & Workshops

Knowledge Management & Digital Support
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Completion of secondary education is required
- Technical or university-level courses are an advantage

Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience
