About the Role
As a Human Resources Associate (LICA-6), you will provide critical HR advisory, administrative, and talent management support to UNOPS and its partners, including the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
UNODC, headquartered in Vienna, works to combat illicit drugs, organized crime, corruption, and terrorism, and the HR Associate will play a key role in facilitating the recruitment and administration of its global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Associate will perform the following core functions under the supervision of an HR Advisor:
1. Policy Implementation and Support
- Assist with the development and rollout of HR policies and initiatives.

Education
